You must be at least 18 years old to use TicTacTalk. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users we believe to be under 18.
TicTacTalk is an anonymous video chat service that pairs you with random strangers to play tic-tac-toe and chat. Video, audio, and text are transmitted directly between users (peer-to-peer). You connect using a Google account, but your real name and email are never shown to other users — only your chosen nickname and avatar.
You agree NOT to use TicTacTalk to:
• Display nudity, sexual content, or any sexually suggestive behavior.
• Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other users.
• Display hate speech, discrimination, or violent content.
• Share or promote illegal activity.
• Record other users without their consent.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the service if you are under 18.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service.
Users can report inappropriate behavior using the Report button. Reports for nudity or suspected minors result in an immediate temporary ban. We may ban any user who violates these terms, at our sole discretion, without notice. Bans are enforced for a minimum of 72 hours and may be permanent for serious or repeat violations.
TicTacTalk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the service at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicTacTalk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interactions with other users.
TicTacTalk displays third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) to support the service. These advertisers may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
