This page explains how to permanently delete a TicTacTalk account and the data associated with it.
The request signs you out immediately and starts a 30-day grace period. Your account data is permanently deleted after those 30 days. Signing in again with the same Google account before the deadline automatically cancels the deletion request.
You may also submit a deletion request by email. We will reply with an account-ownership verification step before processing the request. Never send your Google password, TicTacTalk session token, or Google ID token.
At the end of the 30-day grace period, deletion removes the TicTacTalk profile linked to the account, including the nickname, avatar, reports involving that account, and block-list relationships involving that account.
After permanent deletion, a minimal security record containing the Google account identifier and revocation time may remain temporarily only to prevent an older signed session token from restoring the deleted account. It expires automatically after the maximum session-token lifetime. Aggregated service analytics that no longer identify the account may also remain.
Information may be retained longer only when required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or an active safety investigation. Any such retention is limited to the purpose that requires it.
