Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Welcome to TicTacTalk. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TicTacTalk. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users we believe to be under 18.

2. What TicTacTalk Is

TicTacTalk is an anonymous video chat service that pairs you with random strangers to video chat and play quick online games. Video, audio, and text are transmitted directly between users when possible, with TURN relay used only as a WebRTC fallback when direct peer-to-peer connection fails. You connect using a Google account, but your real name and email are never shown to other users ... only your chosen nickname and avatar.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use TicTacTalk to:

• Display nudity, sexual content, or any sexually suggestive behavior.
• Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other users.
• Display hate speech, discrimination, or violent content.
• Share or promote illegal activity.
• Create, upload, request, share, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or sexualization of minors.
• Record other users without their consent.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the service if you are under 18.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service.

4. Moderation, Reporting, and Child Safety

Users can report inappropriate behavior using the Report button. Sending a report also blocks that user so you will not be matched together again. Reports are reviewed and may result in temporary or permanent bans. The service may also automatically restrict accounts after repeated reports from distinct users. Serious or urgent violations may be handled manually by an administrator.

TicTacTalk has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Credible child-safety reports may result in immediate account restriction, preservation of information only where legally required, and reporting to the appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations when applicable law requires it. Child-safety concerns may also be sent to support@tictactalk.chat.

5. No Warranty

TicTacTalk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the service at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicTacTalk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interactions with other users.

7. Advertising

TicTacTalk may display third-party advertisements in the future to support the service. If ads are enabled, advertising partners may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Account Deletion

You may schedule permanent account deletion from Settings while signed in, or use the external account-deletion page. A 30-day grace period applies, and signing in again before the deadline cancels the request. Details about deletion and limited security retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact us at support@tictactalk.chat.
